Hi! We are Phygital+, a startup offering a web tool that allows creators to generate 2D & 3D content using neural networks without coding. Our product is used by top creative studios and IT companies, accelerating visual content production by up to 4 times.
We aim to triple our growth by early 2025 and become the #1 B2B platform for designers in the coming years. We are looking for a Business Development Assistant with experience in the digital sector and a strong desire to grow in the fields of technology, design, and Generative AI.
It’s important for us that the manager can work independently while maintaining mutual support and attentiveness to other team members. We see this position as a potential growth point for the candidate and hope they will come to love our work as much as we do.
- Identify new growth opportunities and attract new partners
- Communicate with platform users and address their queries
- Organize and coordinate meetings and events
- Fill out applications for grants/accelerators/startup support programs
- Search for and systematize information, manage documents, emails, and task managers, and create tables and presentations
- Find contractors and create technical specifications and concepts for them
- Assist in tracking results and deadlines
- English proficiency of at least B1, with a willingness to improve (this will be necessary)
- Experience in IT/Digital
- Ability to work with documents accurately and systematically
- Excellent soft skills, able to calm a distressed client or remind a contractor of a deadline in time
- Analytical thinking, comfort with handling large amounts of data, metrics, and skillful information searching
- Multitasking and organizational skills
- Empathy, energy, attention to detail, and a love for people and technology :)
- Understanding of AI trends and markets
- Experience using neural networks for professional or personal purposes
- Proficiency with Figma / ClickUp / AirTable / Notion
- Experience working in a startup
