Middle/Senior Product Designer
Hi! We are Phygital+, a startup offering a web tool that allows creators to generate 2D & 3D content using neural networks without any coding. Our product is already used by leading creative studios and IT companies, speeding up visual content production by 4 times.
We aim to grow 3x by early 2025 and become the #1 B2B platform for designers in the coming years. We are looking for a product designer who will make our product the most user-friendly and intuitive.

The designer will become the product manager’s best friend, working together to push Phygital+ forward. - Develop UX/UI/CJM for the Phygital+ platform in Figma
- Conduct in-depth user interviews and analyze competitor products
- Revise the UX of core product features, create clickable prototypes, and test interface solutions in the U.S. market
- Implement and expand the design system/UI kit
- Create banners and landing page designs for marketing purposes
- Work closely with the entire project team
- Experience in creating B2B/B2C SaaS PLG products in the Western European or U.S. market
- Experience launching a product from mockup to real users
- Ability to package complex functionality into an intuitive interface
- Experience working on design systems/UI kits
- Deep knowledge of UX/UI design and experience conducting user research (interviews, usability tests, etc.)
- Understanding of modern Web, Desktop, and Mobile markets, with research on design trends
- Advanced level in Figma
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum
- Creative thinking and a desire to go above and beyond the task, not afraid to propose your own ideas
- Ability to communicate ideas clearly, defend your position, give feedback, and listen effectively
- Experience in developing AI products, with an understanding of AI features and capabilities
- Confident use of AI tools to speed up work, create creatives, and analyze tests
- Experience with analytics and user interface testing
- Experience working in a startup
- English proficiency at C1 level
