QA Engineer

We are looking for a promising QA specialist to contribute to the further development of our AI platform. We expect this person to be a perfectionist who won’t miss a single bug, has a deep love for technology, and is passionate about using neural networks to solve all kinds of tasks.

- Manual testing of web applications (web only, no mobile version), including frontend, backend, and ML.
- Create and execute test plans and scenarios
- Analyse quality metrics and improve processes (Graylog, Grafana, Metabase).
- Develop and implement automated tests
- Develop and maintain test documentation, including test cases, checklists, and bug reports
- Create and manage a bug backlog.
- Build a QA system and plan its development.
- Experience working in a startup, AI-related projects, or large companies with high-load products
- At least 3 years of experience testing web applications and AI/ML models and algorithms.
- Proven track record of setting up a testing system from scratch as the sole QA specialist on a project.
- Knowledge of test automation tools (Selenium, JUnit, TestNG, etc.)
- Experience working with Agile/Scrum
- Familiarity with tools like ClickUp / AirTable / Notion
- Understanding of software development for web, mobile, and desktop
- English proficiency at B1 level or higher
- Interest in artificial intelligence. We are deeply passionate about this topic and actively use various neural networks and our own product to tackle both professional and personal tasks.
- Analytical mindset, readiness to work in an environment of uncertainty (you know, we are a startup with all its pros and cons) and attention to detail
- Creative thinking, energy, a desire to achieve more, and a willingness to suggest your own ideas
- Proficiency in Figma
- Experience with developer tools in browsers
