Currently no one has access to your generation history. You can use the Website and the Product for both personal and commercial uses.

Currently our Phygital+ product available through https://app.phygital.plus/ grants the ability to create content using AI algorithms. It includes generating images and editing images.
AI Library is an addition to the Phygital+ product and it’s main service is to provide general information about Generative AI industry. It’s purpose is only informational.
Giving all circumstances you are able to generate different types of content and share it with anyone on socials, if it doesn’t violate international laws and ethical norms. The section 6 of Terms and Conditions defines the prohibited activities that will result in the permanent termination of your access to the Services.
According to the Section 3.2 of the Terms and Conditions, by using our Services, you agree to our Fee Schedule, which is available on the pricing page. You can subscribe to the Phygital+ services on a regular (monthly or 6-monthly) basis according to the prices and terms on the pricing page. You will be asked to provide complete and accurate billing information and we will charge your payment method on an agreed-upon periodic basis. Payments are nonrefundable except the situations where a technical error occurred with the payment (e.g, you have been charged twice due to the system errors).
