New Credit System
Starting back in 2021, when only a few StyleGAN3 and Upscale nodes were available in the interface, Phygital+ has grown into a platform with 30+ AI tools for working with text, images, audio, video and 3D, and many corporate users from top companies and housands of active users every month use the platform.
The AI market is growing, and we are growing with it, providing many neural networks to work on our workspace at once. With the addition of new models, more and more users come to us with questions about why they can’t use a particular neural network. Our goal is to make AI accessible to you. That is why we are switching to a new subscription system with credits.
What changes does it bring?
- Phygital+ continues to provide a subscription-based service on a monthly or annual basis.
- Now with a subscription you receive a certain number of credits on a monthly basis, which are renewed every month.
- All AI Tools are available to all plans, with the exception of Midjourney, which remains exclusive to Teams and Enterprise plans.
- The calculation of credits now starts from the subscription date, and not calendar month.
- You can top up credits if you’re a paid subscriber.
- Now you can freely upgrade plans if needed.
Advantages of Credits
Flexibility
Previously, each plan had limited AI availability and use of specific neural networks. Now you decide for yourself what to use.
Scalability
There are no more restrictions of “only 100 GPT Image generations per month”, you can create 200 simple images or 10 complex videos, it all depends on you.
Comfort
Different tools and settings require different computing resources. With credit system you only pay for what you actually use.
Opportunities
You can also purchase the required number of credits to ensure the right format of work. This is convenient for those who want to work more with videos.
How it will affect you
If you have already subscribed to any paid plan (both individual – Advanced, Premium or Plus, as well as Teams, Enterprise and Teams Video), nothing will change for you.
You can stay on the old system with limits, and you still have access to every tool you have previously subscribed to with the limits on the date of purchase.
However, you will see a new interface:
- the cost of credits will be visible to you, but it will not affect your usage
in any way. - You will have a new Personal Account with generation limits.
If you want to upgrade to a new system:
- For individuals: you can do this yourself through your Personal Account and Pricing Banner.
- For corporate rates: please contact our Sales Manager.
All free users have automatically switched to the new credit system, and now they can subscribe only to the new credit system.

Answers to common questions about using Phygital+ new credit system
Credit is a new measurable unit that defines the cost of AI tool. Each launch of AI tool costs a certain number of credits.
The panel on the left displays the available neural networks with their approximate cost. Also, in each node, there is a bar on the generation button with a display of how many credits each launch of the neural network will cost.
You can always purchase additional credits at any time if you have a valid paid subscription.
For the free plan they are updated every week from the moment they are spent.
For paid subscribers credits are renewed every month.
The actual date can be found in your personal account.
The cost is displayed before each launch in real time. If you change the settings that affect the cost of generation, the cost will change accordingly.
Approximate possibilities in terms of the number of available generations can be seen on our Pricing banner. It shows the average cost of generation for each type of input data (text, image, video)
Yes, if you cancelled a task or it fell into error, the credits will be returned to your balance.
No, credits from subscriptions do not transfer to the next month, they are valid for 1 month.
Credits from On–Demand purchases are valid for 3 months
